- There has been an issue with the user authentication system, and the subscription days on your licenses have been reset.
- I have added 7 days to all users. (If you had fewer than 7 days remaining, you now have some extra free days.)
- If you had more than 7 days remaining, please open a ticket and send the following:
- - Invoice ID (The invoice number from your purchase)
- - Username:
- - This allows us to verify when your license was purchased and add your remaining days back.
- (Please do not send screenshots, I only need the information above filled out.)
