- Overnight we have received several reports of permanent bans related to EKK Mobile and IMPERIUM External.
- • Out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to put both tools on Updating while the developer works on a fix. We would rather stop service than expose more customers.
- • As many of you already know, this can happen with any External tool. No External can guarantee absolute security when the anticheat receives important changes.
- • We will inform you of any news as soon as we have a new version available.
- How to know if your PC has been flagged?
- If you have received a ban and want to check if your PC has been flagged, you can do this test:
- 1. Create a new Call of Duty account.
- 2. Enter the game without using any tools.
- 3. If that account receives a ban within 2-3 hours (or even sooner), it is very likely that your PC has been flagged (PC Ban / Hardware Flag).
- We know these situations are frustrating and we understand your concern.
- Our priority has always been to be transparent with the status of the tools, even if that means temporarily taking them offline.
